**Join Our Team - Summer Roles at Foys Restaurant & Bar and Flying Bear Café**

We're gearing up for a busy summer season across our iconic harbourside venues - **Foys Restaurant & Bar**and **Flying Bear Café Kirribilli** - and we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic people to join our team

We're hiring for **various casual 15-34 hours per week positions**, (minimum 3 days per week) Including:

- **Baristas**:

- **Waitstaff**:

- **Bartenders**:

- **Hosts / Front Desk**

**About Our Venues**
- **Foys Restaurant & Bar**: A modern waterfront dining destination located above the Sydney Flying Squadron, known for its fresh menu, stunning harbour views, and buzzing summer trade. Trading Monday - Sunday 12pm until late.
- **Flying Bear Café**: A relaxed harbourside café loved by locals, rowers, dog-walkers, and weekend brunchers alike. Trading Monday - Sunday 7am-4pm.

Both venues are easily accessible by public transport, just a short walk from Milsons Point station, Kirribilli Wharf, and surrounding bus routes.

**What You'll Do**

Depending on your role, you'll be responsible for:

- Welcoming and seating guests (hosts).
- Taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables (waitstaff).
- Preparing great coffee and beverages (baristas).
- Serving drinks, cocktails, and maintaining bar service (bartenders).
- Delivering outstanding customer service to guests.
- Supporting the team with cleaning, stock, and general set-up / pack-down duties.

**What We're Looking For**
- Working rights in Australia.
- 1+ years' hospitality experience in preferred role essential.
- A positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team players who bring friendliness and reliability.
