What You'll Be Doing
Behind the Bar
Pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and keeping drinks flowing
Keeping bar areas stocked, clean, and welcoming
Promoting responsible service (RSA always at the core)
On the Floor
Greeting guests, taking orders, and running meals with a smile
Delivering fast, friendly, and attentive service
Making sure tables and service stations are guest-ready
Across the Team
Using POS for orders and payments with accuracy
Helping with setup, pack down, and restocking
Jumping in wherever needed to support your crew
What We're Looking For
Current RSA & RCG
At least 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience
Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and service-driven
Flexible availability (nights + weekends are our peak)
A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
