**Endress+Hauser Australia **have a new role available for a Service Administrator to join our National Service team located in Sydney.

As Service Administrator your role will provide administrative support to the National Service team. This role provides support for a range of services including scheduling, quoting, material coordination, customer follow up and invoicing for the Service team.

**Role + Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and check quotations for Service work as outlined by customer
- Enter sales orders into SAP as required
- Scheduling of Service Engineers to execute work
- Order products from product centres or 3rd parties and create PO as required
- Ensure all paperwork for executed service work is collected from Service Technicians and processed correctly e.g. Field Service Reports, JSEAs and any certificates produced for calibration, verification and commissioning
- Ensure job is completed by Service Technician and then close off service order and commence invoicing process
- Ensure all documents are uploaded to the database for each device and that documents are sent to the customer when required
- Manage any spare parts and tools as required
- Maintain customer induction portals

**Skills + Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in instrumentation and control would be ideal but not essential
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow-through on tasks to completion
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience would be ideal
