Job title: land survey technician
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Salary: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Hours: Day shift, 08:00 to 17:00
Starts as soon as possible
On-site work at the physical location (no remote option).

Responsibilities
Operate survey instruments and devices
Participate in field surveys
Keep survey information in systematic order
Record measurements and other information obtained during field survey activities
Operate chainsaws to clear trails through woodlands
Qualifications
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Survey Technologist Trade Certificate; Chainsaw Safety Training
Survey specialization: Topographic, Legal, Land, Engineering, Geodetic, Hydrographic, Land development, Urban
Work site and conditions
Work site environment: Outdoors
Work setting: Various locations
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking; walking; bending, crouching, kneeling
