An exciting opportunity for an energetic IT Manager to join a leading Australian manufacturer located in a new facility in Western Sydney with an enviable record for continuous growth and innovative products in both residential and commercial markets.

The Role

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Effective, efficient and secure operation of the Company's network & server infrastructure
- Prioritising zero downtime in core business hours
- Managing relationships with all technology partners to deliver within planned time and cost, KPI's/SLA's
- Propose business cases to senior executives, consult with stakeholders, manage/negotiate contract agreements, drive projects to successful completion and provide ongoing support to the business
- Provide technical leadership, and partner with the business to proactively provide input into the development of best-practice policies, procedures, processes, standards and strategies

About you:
You have experience:

- Leading a small IT team both in Application / Software & Infrastructure
- In Microsoft environments (O365, Power Platform, Azure, D365)
- In network & telephony
- In Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 would be highly regarded
- With a hands on approach and the ability to wear many hats
- In Project Management; and the

You will also have:

- A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or similar
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) would be highly regarded; and
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Fantastic Stakeholder engagement experience (IT & Non IT stakeholders)
- Self-reliance, a drive to learn and the ability to find innovative solutions to problems are essential
- Passion, Professionalism, Positivity and Persistence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- A change advocate who strives to deliver best practice solutions, customer and outcomes focus
