As we continue to expand nationally, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our operations team and drive excellence on every shift.Key ResponsibilitiesLead shift operations to deliver production plans on time and to strict quality standardsManage crew performance, coaching and developing team capabilityOversee inventory control, maintenance scheduling, and line relief activitiesMonitor performance data to identify and address gaps or improvement opportunitiesDrive compliance with GMP, HACCP, EHS, and quality systemsSupport organizational change and continuous improvement projectsAbout YouProven leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, ideally dairyStrong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety management systemsSkilled at analyzing production and quality data to drive improvementsConfident in coaching, mentoring, and building team capabilityCommitted to delivering operational excellence on every shiftWhy AMBE FOODS?
