Providing smart metering devices and services to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ, our reach is growing rapidly. But the true breadth of what we do goes beyond the meter, touching everything from solar to water, virtual power plants to electric vehicle charging.
- Provide remote guidance and support to the offshore coordination team, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards
- Coordinate installation schedules with teams and customers for efficient project delivery
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) using relevant tools to meet project requirements
- Ensure timely equipment delivery by liaising with supply chain and installation teams
- Develop, maintain, and refine policies and procedures for operational excellence
- Serve as the main customer contact during installations, addressing concerns and providing updates
- Collaborate with teams to resolve coordination challenges and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate documentation for all coordination activities

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in Field Service Scheduling & has worked in a high-Volume fast paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management - specifically Trades/Contractors
- Experience and understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) - capacity to understand technical concepts
- Multiple stage projects** -** high volumes of scheduling jobs
- Solar & battery industry experience highly regarded
- A good understanding of Safety & Logistics
