**About the Role**
We're looking for experienced **ECC veterinarians** to join our casual pool and support our growing caseload. Whether you're seeking weekend, overnight, or public holiday shifts, you'll step into a well-supported, progressive environment where teamwork, patient care, and professional development are front and centre.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage emergency cases with confidence and compassion
- Collaborate with experienced ECC vets, nurses, and support team members
- Stabilise critical patients and make rapid, informed decisions in collaboration with the team
- Communicate empathetically with pet owners during emotional times
- Contribute to the delivery of gold-standard ECC care with every case

**What You'll Bring**
- Eligible Veterinary and vet registration in WA
- Experience in emergency or after-hours clinical settings (GP with ECC interest welcome)
- Confidence in medicine, critical care, and emergency procedures
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
- Desire to work with a supportive, tight-knit team
