Based in Trigg, our client is a family run business based in Western Australia since 1999.

They currently have various apprenticeship positions within the company for Security Technicians and Telecommunication Technicians.

**About these positions**

The successful applicant/s be working on a variety of tasks, including data/communications setup as well as nbn setups in residential and commercial projects.

In addition, the applicants will be trained on various security systems, specifically in newly build houses, offices, schools and some commercial projects.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Structured Cabling which includes Cat 6/6a cabling on residential and commercial properties, general data cabling and terminating.
- Running cables, phone points, LAN points, hanging TVs on walls, installation of small satellites and antennas.
- Installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of cabling systems across residential and commercial premises
- Telecommunications Pit, Pipe and Hauling on residential premises
- Working on various security systems, which includes installation, commissioning and servicing of the following:

- Security Alarm Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Intercom Systems
- Access Control
- Audio/Visual

All training will be provided and you will be able to undertake the necessary courses towards achieving your Certificates and Licenses in Open Cabling and Security

**Qualifications & experience**

The Apprentice/s will undergo a Traineeship, working towards achieving their Certificate 111 in Data and Voice Communications

Current WA Driver's Licence

White card

No criminal record

Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, responsible and reliable

Interest in a long career within this industry
