**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Clinic Manager, you will be provided with a thorough induction, & extensive ongoing training and support on all medical grade equipment and treatments. You will also be trained on how to run a successful clinic and team
- Build a successful high performing team with a great atmosphere and culture
- Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and coaching of your team by inspiring and leading them to be the best
- Building customer satisfaction and retention
- Day to day management of your own clinic including reporting, compliance and clinic presentation

**ABOUT YOU**

You love supporting, mentoring and motivating others around you You will possess a positive and professional personality and work well as part of team with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience performing advanced skin and laser treatments is preferred
- A genuine passion for leading a team to success and developing people
- Proven track record of running a successful business with budgets achieved
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and retain a positive culture
- We seek longevity, someone who is committed and passionate, with immaculate presentation will grow with the business
