We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of an established aesthetic skin and cosmetic clinic. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in business management, team leadership, and client service excellence within the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
About the RoleAs the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, drive client satisfaction, and support the clinic's to achieve ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all clinic operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cosmetic and dermal staff.
- Drive business growth through client retention and acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company protocols.
- Manage budgets and ensure operational targets are met.
- Performance manage team members where necessary.
- Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service standards.
- Support in enhancing clinic visibility and engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
Previous experience in a management role within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent business acumen, including operational management.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to drive business performance.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
