We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of an established aesthetic skin and cosmetic clinic. About the Role

As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, drive client satisfaction, and support the clinic's to achieve ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all clinic operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cosmetic and dermal staff.
  • Drive business growth through client retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company protocols.
  • Manage budgets and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Performance manage team members where necessary.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service standards.
  • Support in enhancing clinic visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
About You

Previous experience in a management role within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent business acumen, including operational management.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to drive business performance.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
