The team is led by Partners who are ranked by Doyle'sGuide and Best Lawyers as Leading and Recommended Lawyers.As a member of this high-volume practice, you will work closelywith a Partner and other senior lawyers on matters and have themanagement of files from start to finish.Some of your regular responsibilities in this leading WAworkers' compensation practice will include:Drafting legal documents and correspondence, includingletters of advicePreparing court documents for litigated mattersBriefing Counsel and preparing matters for trialAttending conferences and hearings including mediations andconciliationsLiaising with clientsAbout youYou will be an Australian-qualified lawyer with at least 4years' PAE.
