**Job Description** What You'll Do**
NRMA Tow Truck Operators play a critical role in supporting our members across Australia by helping to keep them safe and moving.
You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team responsible for responding to road service calls, loading, transporting and unloading vehicles across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. You'll be the 'face of help' representing our brand on the road, with your professional, safety and solution focused approach.

- Understand and drive **superior safety practices**:
- following safe working procedures to ensure the highest levels of safety are achieved.
- Demonstrate** self-leadership - motivated by driving your own development**, keeping up with new technical skills and industry trends.
- Utilise Towing and Transportation safe practices to** analyse the vehicle breakdown position and identify the most appropriate action to recover**, secure and transport the vehicle in accordance with Safe Working Procedures and the Tow Truck Industry regulations.
**Qualifications** What You'll Bring**
- ** A full valid NSW Medium Rigid Driver's License (or higher)**:
- ** Flexibility to work on a rotating roster **over a 7-day week (including public holidays) - for 12-hour shifts between 6:00am - 10:00pm
- ** Exceptional customer service** and demonstrated experience to work effectively with a broad spectrum /diverse range of groups and people.
- ** Strong communication **and active listening skills
- ** A flexible and robust attitude,** together with a positive mindset
- ** An ability to adapt to change** and work within new and changing parameters.
**This position will be based out of our Prestons depot and you will be required to pick up and drop off your tow truck from this location daily.**
A passion for transportation, cars or trucking and/or relevant experience in the industry will be highly regarded.
