We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our Yatala team and play a critical role in supporting buyers throughout the auction process.

Responsibilities
Oversee the auction cycle for IAA auctions, ensuring smooth administration and customer support.
Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing timely resolutions.
Manage and process customer records, including contracts, titles, and state-required documents.
Resolve customer escalations, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Ensure compliance with sales tax collection and exemption requirements.
Support accounts receivable reconciliation and related finance tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and taxation offices.
Maintain auction systems and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, remarketing, and operations.
Requirements
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in finance, auction, or sales-related industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
Experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, sales tax collection, or DMV document processing is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
