**Role Overview**
This is a newly created role and will be a key part of our leadership team. The Head of Marketing and Communications will work directly with the General Manager, Partnerships & Distribution and other members of the executive team in directing and enhancing the marketing and communications functions throughout the business.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Contribute to the evolution and execution of the company's Strategic Plan.
- Develop and implement the marketing plan to enhance and grow the capability and effectiveness of the company's marketing, online, external and internal communications and advocacy.
- Capture TT's strategic direction and provide the associated leadership and management with respect to the marketing and communication functions to meet these objectives.
- Derive and plan engaging and relevant content to our target market and the wider industry across the full range of channels including (media, industry bodies, aggregator communications, internal periodicals).
- Develop campaigns to support the objectives of internal business stakeholders whilst implementing and managing the process.
- Manage and continue to develop Thinktank's wider online presence.
- Take responsibility for e-marketing planning and content.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Active identification of relevant opportunities to engage with our target market of clients and prospects.
- Management of 2 direct staff - and 3 indirect with responsibility to upskill, develop and cross skill capabilities.
**About You**
- Extensive experience in a senior marketing capacity, ideally within financial services and the non-bank lending industry coupled with 3rd party lending experience and knowledge.
- Strong knowledge and track record across end-to-end strategic and operational marketing.
- Outstanding leadership credentials, ability to direct and align the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills alongside an ability to manage multi-level relationships with a high level of professionalism, integrity and empathy.
- Strong project management skills and commercial awareness with the ability to think laterally, be agile and anticipate and navigate changing landscapes.
