**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Slade Pharmacy, located in St. John of God Murdoch Hospital, Western Australia. You will be part of an innovative and multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding pharmacy services to our client hospital and their patients.

- Established in 1994, St John of God Murdoch Hospital has recently undergone extensive redevelopment. The facility now features 507 beds, 16 operating theatres, a new medical centre, cancer centre and Western Australia's largest standalone endoscopy unit._

**About the Role**
You will serve as a Pharmacy Technician with additional responsibilities in procurement and purchasing. This includes ensuring the efficient procurement of medications, medical supplies, and equipment necessary for the pharmacy's operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
- Delivery of medications to hospital wards
- Managing the purchase of pharmaceutical products and supplies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Liaising with suppliers and our Icon procurement team to ensure timely delivery and favourable pricing
- Supporting the pharmacy team to deliver efficient and high-quality patient care

**About You**
You are a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with dispensing experience in an Australian pharmacy setting. While prior experience in pharmacy procurement and purchasing is valuable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Pharmacy purchasing role preferred (community or hospital pharmacy)
