Based in Alexandria, you'll drive omnichannel marketing activity, brand expansion, content strategy, and campaign delivery.
Reporting into the Group Marketing Centre of Excellence and working closely with the Shoes & Sox GM, this is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a brand that's passionate about service and fit.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDevelop and execute the annual marketing calendar and go-to-market strategyLead integrated campaigns across digital, social, loyalty, influencer, and in-store channelsOversee content and communications strategy across all touchpointsManage the content critical path and creative workflowCollaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent brand experiencesAnalyse campaign performance and use insights to guide marketing directionBuild and manage the marketing budgetLead and develop a small marketing teamPartner with community organisations on key initiatives and eventsChampion brand consistency across storytelling, creative, and messagingABOUT YOU5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in omnichannel retail marketingTertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or businessStrong commercial acumen with proven campaign success and data-led decision makingSkilled stakeholder manager with cross-functional experienceCreative and customer-centric, with a clear understanding of brand strategyExperienced in content planning, budgeting, and media schedulingExcellent communicator, highly organised, and detail-orientedConfident managing loyalty, email, and social media growth initiativesJUST SOME PERKS WE OFFERPet-friendly workspace - Yes, your furry friend can join you at work
