This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week either five days school hours or 4 days, Tuesday - Friday.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be working within the business across the various entities, dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Based in the Perth offices reporting to the CFO, you will work in a close knit finance team, along with the team in Margaret River (that's where the need for great communication skills comes in). You will be responsible for end-to-end AP which includes:

- Reviewing all invoices, ensuring accuracy as well as compliance with company policies
- Ensuring account payable data is accurately inputted into the SAGE system (you don't need to be experienced in this platform to be considered)
- Staying on top of all accounts and effectively reconciling and managing creditors
- Reconciling credit card purchases.
- Maintaining fixed asset registers ensuring its relevancy and accuracy
- Running relevant depreciation reports

**THE NITTY GRITTY**
- Strong experience in an accounts payable position
- Experience with fixed assets and general ledger coding
- Extra bonus points if you have experience in FMCG or food and beverage
- Someone who likes to have fun, and get involved in the social aspect of work
