Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Band 3 Executive Assistant

**Position Overview**
- Coordinating and tracking executive correspondence through internal systems, including PDMS.
- Greeting internal and external Executive visitors.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative support including compilation of meeting papers, filing, paying invoices, disseminating information.
- Managing diary arrangements.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Arranging catering where required.
- Working in a small team (3), and collaboratively with other teams in the Command.
