The Essendon Football Club is looking for a highly motivated individual with forward-thinking sales and marketing skills to join our Essendon Education Academy Program team at the Hangar.

Essendon FC - "The Bombers" - are a professional sporting team in the Australian Football League. **About the role**
Reporting to the Essendon Education Academy Manager, the EEA Student Recruitment Lead will be responsible for leading and growing the Essendon Education Academy's student intake through the development and delivery of a sales and marketing strategy, with a key focus on optimising the EEA's brand and proposition to create an engaging prospect journey and attractive career pathway opportunity.
Working closely with our program partner, RMIT, and their student recruitment team, our EEA Student Recruitment Lead will establish a clear timeline of recruitment opportunities and operationalise this in conjunction with EFC's Marketing, Consumer & Digital team, as well as a school-based career practitioner network.
Ultimately the partnership objective between Essendon Football Club and RMIT is to deliver the most relevant and respected education curriculum in the Australian sports industry. Success in achieving this is hinged on multiple areas but none more so than generating and nurturing healthy student pipelines and delivering a premium student experience.

Having a proven sales record, you will be a driven self-starter who thrives off building strong relationships with key program staff and external stakeholders. With proven experience in developing and delivering sales and marketing campaigns, you will be confident using digital and social media channels and have the ability to meet sales targets.***
