About the Opportunity:
Senior Finance Business Partner
Financial Management Reporting for Health Services Programs within Werribee Mercy Hospital including the preparation of timely, accurate and understandable management reports, KPIs and financial reports to support operational informed decisions.
Develop annual budgets, monthly reviews and analysis with regular forecasting, partnering with the Operations team at Werribee Mercy Hospital to assist in building their budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation, and lead cross-functional projects and initiatives with a strong financial perspective.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present timely, accurate and understandable management reports, KPIs and financial reports.
Develop annual budgets, monthly reviews and analysis with regular forecasting.
Partner with the Operations team to build their budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.

The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
A current Police Record Check.
