Senior Finance Business Partner Role

The Senior Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, providing actionable financial insights that inform operational plans, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis and insights to support business units, projects, and initiatives.
  • Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate commercial strategies and enhance organizational value.
  • Monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, becoming a trusted finance partner.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and develop business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Support and develop data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and contribute to finance projects aligned with broader business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI and data visualization knowledge a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualified.
