Overview
LOS is seeking a sharp, strategic, and performance-driven Meta Ads expert, who knows how to navigate and lead with impact in the Meta Ads space. We're looking for someone who brings both experience and fresh perspective to elevate the work we do with our clients.
Responsibilities
Meta Ads Expertise: up-to-date expertise in campaign strategies; strong data-driven and analysis-based approach; graphic design and ad creative editing skills; solid understanding of ad optimisation tactics; sharp knowledge of the Meta space and platform updates.
Qualifications
Creative skills, with a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for brand art direction
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns
Proven ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, segment audiences, and optimise performance through all stages of the funnel
Confident using Meta Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of:
Custom audiences, lookalikes, and pixel data
Campaign objective selection and bidding strategies
Creative testing frameworks and performance insights
