**Location: Australia (Melbourne or Sydney)**

**About the Job**

This role for Oracle Consulting ANZ will be supporting the business in Delivery and Workforce Planning. You'll build tools and analytics to manage resource demand, supply, and capability with a focus on controlling overall costs and improving margins.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help the ANZ OC team in Capacity and Capability planning
- Help in optimizing costs and identifying optimal Delivery mix
- Develop Jira tools, automations, dashboards, and analytics to support the business
- Identify process gaps and suggest the best alternatives, implement the changes
- Provide directions around forecasting demand and skillsets
- Organize and conduct internal trainings, as needed
- University degree with 7 to 10 years' experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in resource management or strategic workforce planning in a consulting organization
- Experience in preparing and analysing large sets of data
- Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Python skills
- Experience in data visualization and BI tools
- Experience in JIRA development
- Relevant experience in coaching team
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Ability to work closely with multiple functions
- **Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills**:

- Knowledge of Oracle's products and services, business practices desired
