The Group Treasury team is a small highly skilled team responsible for managing Sky's debt and liquidity position, together with mitigating financial risks within the business working closely with Comcast's corporate Treasury team based in Philadelphia.

What you'll do:

- Ensure accurate and timely Group Reporting for monthly Finance Charges and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly Treasury related IFRS-US GAAP and Purchase Price adjustments to be included in monthly reporting submission to Comcast
- Preparation of monthly Inter-Company loan matrix to ensure all financing trades are correctly recorded in the TMS
- In conjunction with the Treasury Controller, conduct the monthly reporting and validation of FX hedge accounting entries for the three Sky territories
- Analytical analysis of borrowings and derivative movements including drivers for derivative mark-to-market changes (FX, IR, etc.)
- Hedge accounting configuration for transactional FX exposures and preparation of hedge documentation for both entity and group level monthly following execution of transactional FX forwards
- Ensuring that deals are transacted in accordance with the Treasury Policy
- Preparation of monthly management reporting packs
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting to Comcast Accounting and Treasury functions
- Act as compliance manager for all Treasury controls, ensuring timely evidence is provided by team members
- Review and enhance use of the Treasury Management System and increase automated reporting; assess unutilised system functionality
- Working closely with the wider organisation, keeping in touch with business developments

What you'll bring:

- Finalist/Newly qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/ACT)
- Strong experience within similar role within Treasury
- Cash management experience
- Ideally a group background, understanding of parent companies and how reporting is complied.
- Good communication skills, with phenomenal attention to detail.
