A renowned Australian retail brand, is seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce/Digital Manager to join their team. As an iconic brand, they pride themselves on delivering the hottest fashion pieces year-round for both men and women. Please note: this role does require full time onsite from their Western suburbs head office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate e-commerce platforms across Windsor Smith's current Australian websites and any new developments.
- Ensure the brand's representation aligns with the company vision.
- Maintain merchandising on all sites, driving conversion and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
- Drive sales conversion and revenue through effective SEO/SEM strategies.
- Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports for all sites.
- Set up sales in Magento and manage products, including SEO optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience in fashion retail with proven results.
- Hands-on approach with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools such as Ahrefs or SEM Rush.
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and experience with Magento 2 and Jira.
- Previous experience in merchandising and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and affiliate marketing.
