The role
This position involves more than managing a website or running campaigns.
As part of a tight senior leadership team, reporting directly to the founder, you will take full ownership of MR. Smith's digital strategy — from acquisition to retention, and every touchpoint in between.
You will be trusted to drive outcomes, grow capability, and bring a sharp commercial lens to every decision.
With the US and Australia as priority markets, your goal is to lift performance, grow revenue, and ensure every digital interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning for its customers and partners.
Key responsibilities :
Define and execute the global digital growth and eCommerce strategy
Drive performance across paid media, SEO, CRM, and loyalty to fuel revenue and repeat purchase
Optimize the Shopify experience to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
Own digital metrics and media spend to ensure return on investment
Collaborate closely with sales, brand, and ops teams to align digital with broader strategy
Lead and grow a nimble team with care, clarity, and commercial intent
