Strategic Product Leader
We are seeking a seasoned product professional to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact products that drive business growth.
Leverage AI-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive revenue.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic launch plans that meet customer needs.
Mentor and guide junior product team members to help them grow professionally.
About the Role:
Ideation and Planning
Own the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Validate roadmaps through research and stakeholder feedback.
Build and Launch
Lead sprint reviews and weekly demos to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to bring products to life.
Growth and Development
Help junior product team members interpret success metrics and improve product performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or combination of education and experience.
Proven track record of presenting to multiple layers of an organization, including executives.
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience participating in sales cycles and conducting customer interviews.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
