Overview

Senior Product Manager – Wrap at Insignia Financial. Lead development, management, and enhancement of the Wrap product suite to shape investment and superannuation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a market-leading Wrap product suite (Advised and Employer Wrap) and own its evolution
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmaps and identify simplification opportunities
  • Develop, deliver, manage and monitor settings and competitiveness; ensure regulatory compliance (DDO, TMD, APRA etc)
  • Develop and sign-off on technical and disclosure information
  • Lead product development initiatives and strategic proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and simplification
  • Resolve product-related incidents and remediation activities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, boards and regulators
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading edge
What You Will Bring
  • Solid wealth product management with deep Wrap platform experience
  • Strong understanding of superannuation and investments
  • Experience in regulatory environments and product governance
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset
  • Track record of delivering change and simplification initiatives
  • Passion for developing people and coaching/mentoring
  • Tertiary qualification is highly regarded along with RG146
