Apac Data Center Engineering Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Capacity Engineer to match an engineering mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills for customer deployments in our data centers across APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
Accepting and processing requests for Hub (FIFO method), escalating complex requests to senior members as necessary
Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders such as Operations Engineers and Sales Engineers
Developing process designs for deployments and resolving issues where possible, or escalating to relevant colleagues as required
The successful candidate will have a hybrid working arrangement close to public transportation links, onsite parking with free use of EV chargers, onsite gym and facilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
Strong technical mindset and ability to work through complex solutions
Excellent communication skills, including ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds
