APAC Data Center Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Capacity Engineer to match an engineering mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills for customer deployments in our data centers across APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accepting and processing requests for Hub (FIFO method), escalating complex requests to senior members as necessary
- Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders such as Operations Engineers and Sales Engineers
- Developing process designs for deployments and resolving issues where possible, or escalating to relevant colleagues as required
The successful candidate will have a hybrid working arrangement close to public transportation links, onsite parking with free use of EV chargers, onsite gym and facilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes- Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- Strong technical mindset and ability to work through complex solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds
