Job Description

**Your opportunity to join our Sales team in Queensland**

Are you a motivated and strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client relationships? We're looking for a driven State Account Executive - QLD to take ownership of wholesale accounts, nurture key partnerships, and spearhead new business opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary lead and point of contact for wholesale customers across Queensland (mainly metro area)
- Drive the annual Joint Customer Business Planning process
- Forecast and manage customer order requirements to meet demand
- Deliver on budgeted volume, revenue, and GM targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
- Analyse data to identify product gaps, profitability opportunities, and new business prospects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, farming, category, marketing, and NPD teams to achieve business goals
- Travel to support national events and key business activities as required

**Key requirements**:

- Proven frontline sales experience with exposure to major wholesale accounts
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing/ FMCG environment
- Strong ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse a P&L and make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute sales strategies effectively
