**About the role**

Under the direction of the Retread Manager you will achieve daily production and quality targets. In addition, you will actively demonstrate and support a safety-first culture ensuring Company procedures are adhered to.

**About you**

We are seeking a Tyre Retread Technician to join our small team working in our tyre re-treading factory in Kewdale. Driven to achieve daily production targets, you will be a hard-working and motivated individual who is interested in progressing their career within our Company.
- An understanding and passion for work health, safety and environment
- Experience working in a production environment is preferred by not essential
- Prepared to work as a team member and autonomously
- Demonstrated mechanical experience
- Forklift license
- Reliable transport
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills

This role comes with career progression opportunities to Leading Hand, Supervisor or Manager locally and interstate.
