**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical and strategic **Project Officer**to join our team.

In this role, you will provide essential project and change management support services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage documentation, and support strategic and operational projects.

**Skills and Duties**:
With an immediate start, you will be required to:

- Provide project and change management support and coordination for strategic and operational projects
- Monitor and report on project status, ensuring timely completion of continuous improvement initiatives
- Map critical Customer Support processes, identifying risks and control points
- Manage project budgets with accurate variance reports and compliance with Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Delegate project tasks, manage resources and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with company policies.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Diploma in Project Management, business, management, leadership or equivalent
- Current Driver's license
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project planning, monitoring, and cost-benefit analysis.
