**The Position**

We are in search **AGAIN** of another experienced Sales Consultant/Administrator to join our sales team at the Burpengary office in Moreton Bay. We have grown from a team of one to needing a team of three The primary responsibility of this role is the sale of our luxury homes, including the management of sales contracts and variations from the initial stages through to post-construction. There will be over 500 homes built on this site and every single one of them will be sold Will that be by you?

This is a full-time position with a base salary plus a great commission structure.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Advantageous to have prior experience in new home sales, residential sales, or administrative roles within a development or construction firm.
- Outstanding customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
