**About the role**

As a **Boutique Manager** for our **David Jones Sydney Boutique**, you will be responsible for leading, training, developing and providing an exceptional client experience within a Scanlan Theodore Boutique. In this Full Time role, you will take ownership as a leader to:

- Manage the store effectively by being present and supportive
- Develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team
- Continually be across Boutique budget
- Drive and motivate to achieve success
- Customer focus mind set
- Emphasise on constant and effective communication
- Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are communicating brands policy and procedures

**Who you are**
- Experience in a similar position, as a people leader
- Background in improving financial performance and leadership development
