As a Project Manager, you are accountable for: Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects under the APRA EU program, with a focus on Non-Financial Risk initiatives
Translating regulatory requirements into executable workstreams that drive sustainable uplift in risk capability
Ensuring project alignment with the bank's Risk Management Framework and regulatory expectations
Establishing and maintain effective project governance, including detailed reporting, risk tracking and stakeholder engagement
Partnering with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal and the business to ensure alignment and delivery of key milestones
Preparing high-quality reports and updates for Group executives, internal governance forums and APRA
Coordinating validation and sustainability assessments of NFR remediation initiatives.
Acting as a risk delivery expert, contributing to ongoing improvements in the organisation's approach to operational and compliance risk
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 10+ years' experience leading projects/programs in financial services
Proven track record delivering risk and regulatory initiatives (APRA, ASIC, etc.)
Experience with APRA Enforceable Undertakings or similar regulatory programs
Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and the Three Lines of Defence
Deep expertise in operational, compliance, and non-financial risk
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior execs and regulators
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and meet tight deadlines
Strong communicator with experience drafting executive reports and regulatory submissions You're not expected to have % of these skills.
