About the role:
Specifically, you will:
- Adapt and execute divisional strategy in the assigned sales area, including but not limited to the product strategy from the respective product range.
- Complete sales performance management and forecasting/target in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop regional market, competitor, and customer intel.
- Act as the anchor point for divisional pricing process
- Ensure CRM data quality is in place.
- Localize customer/market value proposition.
- Drive resolution of divisional warranty cases.
- As a member of the Sales Area Management Team not only be a representative of own function but also be engaged and take part in all discussions and decisions.
- Be able to travel for business.
To be successful in the above duties, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering (preferably mechanical, metallurgical, chemical) or equivalent.
- People management qualification desirable
- Minimum five years of management and sales experience
- Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in English
- Demonstrates self-awareness, develops oneself and seeks feedback.
- Proven leadership skills and capability of coaching and facilitation in Competence Development activities
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
- Current driver's licence
