About the Role
Ensure that Theatre Support staff complete tasks with the efficient use of resources.
Provide counselling and support to Theatre Support staff when required.
Deliver training (structured and on-the-job) as required to develop Theatre Support staff competencies to complete tasks and assist to identify training needs.
Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
