Job DescriptionOaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Barista to join our team on a casual basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for coffee and customer service to a vibrant resort environment where no two days are the same.
Working alongside a supportive hospitality team, you'll craft quality beverages, connect with guests, and be part of the energy that makes our resort one of the Sunshine Coast's most loved destinations.Your responsibilities will include:Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with precision, speed, and consistencyDeliver friendly, professional service and create memorable moments for guestsMaster the menu and suggest drinks or pairings to enhance the experienceKeep the café area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all timesQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee-making techniquesExceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early morningsAdditional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
