**The Happy Turtle Cafe** is a popular family run beachside cafe. We provide a high quality food, high standard specialty coffee and take lots of pride in what we produce.

Located by the water at Happy Valley Beach Caloundra. We have a really great team environment and always do our best to keep it light and fun for the whole crew while we all work together to create the best customer experience possible.

Currently we are searching for a more **experienced** barista role. Someone who has been in the industry long enough that they know there way around the coffee machine and able to do coffee open or close shifts as well as share some knowledge and coffee flare with the rest of the team and be a leader when needed.

We work closely with our roaster who also provides additional and more advanced training and support to those who want to learn more.

Looking for the right person to complete our team and have flexibility to build a role around that persons requirements.

Open 7 days from 6.30-4pm

Both weekday and weekend availabilities preferred to keep the balance in to roster giving everyone freedom to get the days off they want.

On shift coffees, and staff meals provided from the menu for lunch breaks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $38.58 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
