We are currently looking for a dedicated Online Store Administration Assistant to join our** Distribution Centre** team.

**The Online Store Administration Assistant is critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they**:

- Process, pick and pack each online order we receive
- Provide first class customer service to all online customers, ensuring that a professional image of National Pharmacies image is always portrayed.
- Ensure our customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently within 24 hours of receipt.
- Source products for unfulfilled orders where fulfilment store could not supply on a daily basis.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communications are delivered to customers.

**Someone who will excel as a Online Store Administration Assistant will consistently demonstrate**:

- Experience using RF equipment to pick orders
- Efficiency and attention to detail
- Professional phone manner and ability to deal with customer queries
- Desire to continuously improve processes to ensure high quality service
- The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team
- Willingness to undertake other order processing duties within the distribution centre as required
- Ability to work with technology (JDE, Pharmx, NAB Transact) to process transactions and place orders.
