As one of our Online Assistants, you'll deliver a joyful shopping experience for our online customers, ensuring they receive everything they ordered at Sainsbury's.

Eligibility :
  • You must be above the school-leaving age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
What you'll be doing :
  1. Using a handset to plan your route around the store, select items, and manage your time for each shop.
  2. Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
  3. Providing excellent customer service by supporting questions and proactively offering help.
  4. Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
  5. Working flexibly across the store as needed.
