An excellent opportunity for a scheduler/ logistics coordinator to join an amazing organization.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Deliveries to plan made in safest and most efficient way whilst also adhering to the Elgas customer promise
- You will be assisting with the development of improved processes and procedures to improve the quality and accuracy of bulk/cylinder delivery schedules and subsequent reduced costs
- Where identified, you will drive and implement improved scheduling opportunities
- Further you will work closely with other members of the logistics team to identify efficiency improvements and achieve financial targets
- Monitor customer data for accuracy, monitor customer usage, review and update delivery frequency in line with changing customer/business needs
- In addition, you will monitor driver performance and report to Manager whilst also assisting with ongoing driver development and training
- Closely monitor all safety measures in accordance with State and Federal Transport regulations

**What makes you great**
- You have strong systems skills including use of automated scheduling tools and a proven High Level experience with business/logistics analysis
- High level numeracy and Excel skills are required in this role, as well as strong customer focus
- Conscientious and attention to detail
- Moreover you have proven ability to work well under pressure
- You own excellent oral and written communication in dealing with all levels in the Supply Chain
- Takes ownership of the processes & tasks engaged
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines
