As 3IC, you are a key member of the store leadership team, working together to deliver excellent customer and employee experiences.You are a true sales leader, leading by example with passion and purpose.
Your team draws inspiration and motivation from your energy as you coach them to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.The 3IC directly contributes to the store's success.
Through your energy, collaborative approach, and knowledge of retail best practices, you will assist in achieving daily store and business goals, including coaching your team to meet all sales targets.Your individual performance sets the stage for excellence, while your management of daily store operations ensures we uphold our company standards.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Model great customer service, every customer, every timeVisibly drive service outcomes by coaching the team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' mentalitySupport the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and KPI performanceUtilize financial reporting to identify trade trends and opportunities, and implement action plansAssist the Management Team in completing weekly visual merchandising and promotional launchesAssist in recruiting, inducting, and developing team membersUphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellenceWork with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability and operational excellenceWHO YOU AREExperience in a customer-facing service rolePrevious retail experience in a key holder or entry-level leadership roleResults-driven, with a proven track record of leading teams to meet results and KPIsA positive attitude, enabling motivation and high team performanceStrong communication and collaboration skillsGrowth mindset and eagerness to learnPassionate about sports fashion brands and sharing knowledge to build brand loyaltyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
