**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our high performing team, located in Richlands QLD.

**Your responsibilities in this role will include;**
- Engage with customers to investigate issues, clarify requirements and communicate findings to customer and Branch Manager.
- Provide engineered fluid power system solutions.
- Coordinate preparation and approval of job costings, project proposals and tender response documents.
- Provide project management from quote acceptance to final customer acceptance.
- Produce preliminary CAD circuits & drawings and compile related bills of materials (BOMs) as needed.
- Provide technical training and support for workshop and graduate engineers; and maintain and develop own knowledge.
- Achieve chargeable labour recovery.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- This position does not require a degree. We are looking for solid experience in fluid power and a desire to create solution for our customers.
- Project management experience with a sound engineering and hydraulics background.
- Experience in fluid power system analysis and strong problem solving skills
Able to prepare clear and concise technical reports, proposals and tender responses.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (including Excel) and working knowledge of AutoCad.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously.
- Customer centric focus with strong decision making and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid drivers licence and demonstrated safety first mindset.
