Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Canberra.
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the food and beverage team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional serviceOversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality control, including inventory management and compliance with food safety regulationsAssist in menu development, staff rostering, and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenueHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, while collaborating with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfactionConduct regular team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skillsQualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet, preferably in a supervisory roleResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateStrong knowledge of beverages and food safety standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management softwareFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysAdditional InformationIn return for your commitment, we offer:Enjoy discounted Heartist rates across our global network of properties, food and beverage venues, and wellness centers.Grow and travel with your career globallyContinuous learning and investment into your capability, including access to Accor Academy training programs.Work with F&B experts across the premium, mid scale and economy hospitality offerings within Accor
