We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to oversee the lifecycle management of aircraft tooling and ground support equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles, asset management, and maintenance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical oversight and continuous improvement of aircraft tooling and GSE assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance, repair, and modification programs.
Ensure tooling compliance to international and national regulations.
Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to manage and extend tooling maintenance life.
Conduct thorough investigations and failure analysis for tooling issues.
Monitor tool performance, develop improvement strategies, and assess tool reliability.
Engineering & Technical Deliverables:
Implement 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques in design validation.
Research and evaluate advanced manufacturing technologies for tooling innovation.
Ensure due diligence and safety through rigorous performance verification and testing.
Manage the introduction of new tooling assets from concept to deployment.
Maintain deviation tracking systems for OEM specification variations.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in asset management and maintenance under ISO 55000.
Understanding of international standards, WHS, and Safety in Design.
Proficiency in CAD and FEA software.
Experience managing engineering projects in high-pressure environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
