Exact Contracting is currently seeking
**Experienced Maintenance Grader Operators **for a Civil Project based in Central Western Australia.

We are seeking Grader Operators that have experience working on civil or mining projects operating
**Caterpillar 12, 14 & 16 series Graders.**

**Exact Contracting will provide**:

- 2 weeks on, 2 week off roster;
- 12 hour shifts, day shift only;
- Annual retention bonus (up to $3000);
- A transportable camp with a small team of grader operators;
- A great team and culture.
- Hold a current driver's licence (HC Licence preferred);
- Hold a nationally accredited plant ticket _(desired, not essential);_
- Experienced maintaining haul roads, pit floors and dam walls;
- Capable of maintaining haul roads and building pads to a set boundary and level;
- Able to mix and condition material, and lay over road construction;
- Proven commitment to health and safety;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Personal drive and results orientated.
