- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Adjusting blades and other attachments to achieve the desired grade and finish.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in operating graders and understanding grading techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
